Intelliant offers two levels of support in order to respond to your specific needs:

Email support. We currently offer email support completely free of charge during normal business hours (Paris, GMT+01:00) and provide limited support on Saturdays. You can expect an answer in less than 12 hours typically. If you have a problem report, suggestions, or feature requests you want specifically addressed by our support staff, please email us at:

Intelliant forum. This forum is meant as a user-to-user support mechanism. It is our desire that the use of this forum would enable users to interact with users community and share their knowledge with others.
